Pearson Edexcel International Advanced Levels

Pearson Edexcel International Advanced Levels is 2-year programme that is designed to provide an educational foundation and experience based on the aims and assessment objectives of the respective International Advanced Levels subjects.

It is designed for the global learner and has been developed in consultation with the international school community, including a large number of teachers and university lecturers.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of the course, the student is expected to:

  • Be familiar with the International Advanced Levels curriculum and assessment objectives of the subjects covered in this course
  • Understand and acquire the knowledge and skills stipulated in the assessment objectives of the respective International Advanced Levels subjects covered in this course
  • Sit for the International Advanced Levels examinations
Admission Criteria

English Entry Requirement

  • IELTS 5.0 or equivalent qualifications OR
  • A Pass in English Placement Test determined by the College
    Students who fail the English Placement Test will be required to attend an English course conducted by the college to achieve a Lower Intermediate level

Completion of Year 1 of Pearson Edexcel International Advanced Levels, or equivalent qualifications

Course duration: 12 months (per level)

Total course hours: 600 hours (per level)

Certification:

Candidates who successfully complete this programme will be awarded the Pearson Edexcel International Advanced Level by Pearson Edexcel.
