If you (the “Participants”) participate in Beacon’s Apple AirPods lucky draw (the “Lucky Draw”) you fully accept these general terms and conditions (“T&C”) and you acknowledge that you meet all eligibility requirements.
ELIGIBILITY
If participants are under the age of 18, they will have to obtain the approval of parents or legal guardians to enter the Lucky Draw. The lucky draw is open only for Singaporeans/Malaysians. Participants must be Singaporeans/Malaysians. Beacon may ask participants, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval, if relevant. Beacon may exclude any participants who are not able to provide such proof. Employees of Beacon are not eligible to participate.
DATE OF LUCKY DRAW
The Lucky Draw shall start and close on the date specified on the Beacon’s Instagram and/or Beacon’s Facebook posts. Entries after the closing date will not be allowed.
HOW TO ENTER
The Lucky Draw post on Instagram and/or Facebook will explain the entry procedure. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Lucky Draw. Only one entry will be accepted per person, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Instagram and/or Facebook post. By entering a Lucky Draw, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Lucky Draw unless you enter each Lucky Draw separately.
THE WINNER
The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram and/or Facebook via our official Beacon account within five working days after the closing date of the Lucky Draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours or voluntarily withdraws himself from the Lucky Draw, Beacon reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Beacon’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
PRIZE
The promotional prize shall be as indicated on the Beacon Instagram and/or Beacon Facebook post. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and Beacon reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
SHIPMENT
The prize will be shipped within 3 – 5 working days to the winner after the address is provided to Beacon. The winner may expect 10 – 15 working days for the international shipping. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the time of international shipping may vary.
PERSONAL DATA
Each winner acknowledges and agrees that, by participating in a Lucky Draw, Beacon may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting in a winner’s list, Instagram, and/or Beacon Facebook post, Instagram and/or Facebook stories.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering the Lucky Draw each participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Beacon, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Beacon reserves its right to cancel or amend the terms of the Lucky Draw at any times or change the provisions of the General Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediate effect upon the publication thereof.
