Beacon International College believes that experiential learning is important as part of students’ learning process. It makes learning relatable to students by linking theory to practice and thereby increasing the effectiveness of learning and students’ engagement!
Our Pearson HND Hospitality Management students organised an event, ‘Oriental Christmas’ which is a combined celebration of Christmas and Chinese New Year. Students can apply the knowledge, contemporary trends and skills they learnt in their Food and Beverage Operations Management class at this event. As climate change is an important global issue, all materials used in this event were recyclable and reusable.
