Prohibition of Unauthorized Advertising and Representation of Beacon International College
1. Prohibition of Misrepresentation*
Recruitment Agents (“RA”) shall not misrepresent Beacon International College in any form of advertisement, communication, or promotional material. Any representation of Beacon International College must be accurate, authorized, and in compliance with the guidelines set by Beacon International College.
2. Restriction on Unauthorized Use
Former Recruitment Agents (“Ex-RA”), Non-Recruitment Agents (“Non-RA”), and any other parties that do not hold an official RA status are strictly prohibited from advertising on behalf of Beacon International College or using Beacon International College’s name, logo, trademark, or any related intellectual property in any form or medium.
3. Legal Consequences
Beacon International College reserves the right to take legal action, including but not limited to seeking injunctive relief and damages, against any party found in violation of the provisions outlined in this clause.

Notice of Misrepresentation: 小北学长讲留学 and 林小姐新加坡留学
It has come to our attention that two (2) unauthorised parties, 小北学长讲留学and 林小姐新加坡留学have been misusing Beacon’s marketing materials and advertising our programmes on their Little Red Book 小红书platform without permission.
We would like to clarify that 小北学长讲留学, 林小姐新加坡留学and its representatives are NOT authorised agents or partners of Beacon. They have no affiliation or endorsement from Beacon to promote our educational programmes or services.

Notice of Misrepresentation: Singapore中亚国际传媒
It has come to our attention that an unauthorised party, Singapore中亚国际传媒, represented by individuals known as 景先生 (Mr. Jing), 浪先生 (Mr. Lang), and 苏先生 (Mr. Su), has been misusing Beacon’s marketing materials and advertising our programmes on their WeChat platform without permission.
We would like to clarify that Singapore中亚国际传媒 and its representatives are NOT authorised agents or partners of Beacon. They have no affiliation or endorsement from Beacon to promote our educational programmes or services.

Important Notice: Unauthorised Agent Announcement
Effective immediately, Beijing Righton Star Education Co., Ltd. (‘Righton’) is no longer an authorised agent or sub-agent of Beacon International College (Beacon) as of 7th January 2024. Righton is not permitted to recruit students or promote any Beacon courses.
We have identified that Righton has been invovled in unauthorised and inaccurate marketing activities on the Weixin (WeChat) platform. Please be advised that any information about Beacon courses distributed by Righton is not valid.
Beacon remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accuracy in all communications. We urge prospective students and partners to refer only to official Beacon communication channels for accurate information.
