We believe that students can gain more through field trips as they can apply what they observed and learnt on their in-class studies. On 27 April 2018, a group of selected Diploma in Hospitality Management, Higher Diploma in Hospitality, HND Hospitality Management and BA International Hospitality Management attended Food & Hotel Asia 2018. This exhibition is held once every 2 year at Singapore Expo. It is an international exhibition by food producers, food & beverage businesses, hospitality equipment and wine & spirits.
