Ms. Narmatha

Narmatha has been an integral part of the academic community since 2013, specializing in the fields of tourism and events. With a rich background in academia and international experience, she has imparted her expertise in various countries including Malaysia, Cambodia, and the Maldives. Holding a Master of Science in Tourism with a focus on research, Narmatha’s thesis delved into the intricacies of customer preferences within the Malaysian aviation industry. Her research interests span consumer preference, ethnography, and social sustainability, reflecting her dedication to understanding the evolving dynamics of tourism and its impact on society. Additionally, Narmatha also worked with the Department of Skills Development of Malaysia, contribute to the development of national occupational skills standards (NOSS) for tourism and event-based modules, showcasing her commitment to shaping the future of the industry through education and industry collaboration.
