Ms Chua Sing Zhi has more than 13 years of experience in the Singapore education industry. As the Deputy CEO and Director (Marketing and Business Development) of Beacon International College, Singapore she is equipped with management skills to run the daily operations of an education institute. With strong understanding of the Singapore education industry she is familiar with the Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF) and Edutrust requirements. Under her leadership, she and her team have attained the 4 years Edutrust and ERF award by the Committee for Private School Education (CPE).
Having obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from Monash University, Australia, Ms. Chua Sing Zhi has overseas education and work experience. With more than 13 years of experience in managing BTEC and University programmes, she is also Pearson Edexcel certified and attends yearly trainings. She has assumed the role of negotiating and validating partnership collaborations with Universities such as Cardiff Metropolitan University and University of South Wales (formerly known as University of Glamorgan).
Even though she is required to be creative and possess strong problem-solving ability in managing the college, she believes that for an organisation to be successful there needs to be strong teamwork & integrity. Maintaining Quality Academic Standards and ensuring compliance are commitments of the college.
