Highly qualified with 1st Class Honours and Master’s Degree, Ms. Lee Hian leads Beacon International College, Singapore with more than 30 years of teaching and course management experience. She attained her Masters’ Degrees: M.Sc. Physics, Gold Award from Nanyang University, Singapore and M.Sc. Computing from University of Manchester, UK.
Ms Lee Hian was an IT Professional from 1972 –1984. She joined Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore as a Senior Lecturer from 1984 –2003. She has 6 years of experience as a Course Manager for BTEC programmes and for 5 years she was the SQC Departmental Management Representative for the School of ICT in Ngee Ann Polytechnic. She ran as the President of the student counselling committee for 2 terms during her service with Ngee Ann Polytechnic. In 2004, Ms Lee Hian founded Beacon International College (fka Beacon School of Technology), a private education institution which is registered (ERF) with the Committee for Private Education (CPE) in Singapore.

Ms. Chua Sing Zhi (B.In.Dsn)
Ms Chua Sing Zhi has more than 13 years of experience in the Singapore education industry. As the Deputy CEO and Director (Marketing and Business Development) of Beacon International College, Singapore she is equipped with management skills to run the daily operations of an education institute. With strong understanding of the Singapore education industry she is familiar with the Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF) and Edutrust requirements. Under her leadership, she and her team have attained the 4 years Edutrust and ERF award by the Committee for Private School Education (CPE).
Having obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from Monash University, Australia, Ms. Chua Sing Zhi has overseas education and work experience. With more than 13 years of experience in managing BTEC and University programmes, she is also Pearson Edexcel certified and attends yearly trainings. She has assumed the role of negotiating and validating partnership collaborations with Universities such as Cardiff Metropolitan University and University of South Wales (formerly known as University of Glamorgan).
Even though she is required to be creative and possess strong problem-solving ability in managing the college, she believes that for an organisation to be successful there needs to be strong teamwork & integrity. Mr. Li Xue Chun
Professor Li is an educator who has over 15 years of experience in running higher education colleges in China. Professor Li is a National Committee Member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Vice Chairman of China Glory Society, a Committee Member of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Vice Chairman of Association for Non-Government Education.
Mr. Lam Ngai Lung
Mr. Lam Ngai Lung is a CPA and a CFA who has more than 15 years of experience in the areas of Finance and Investment. He worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG and led lots of merger and acquisition cases in Hong Kong and China.

Mrs. Leong Li Peng
Mrs Leong is a member of the Institute of Singapore Certified Accountants (ISCA).
Over the years she has worked for multinational corporations and has experience in accounting, human resources, purchasing, organization, internal audit, contracts and operations from industries such as pharmaceutical, semi-conductor, medical equipment and power supply, all of which are now applied to the Education industry.
Mr. Chia Keng Hian (MEd, PGDCS, PGDE, MSCS,CStJ)
Mr. Chia Keng Hian obtained his Master of Education from The University of Western Australia. He has a bachelor’s degree with honors in Science from Nanyang Technological University and is also Post Graduate Diploma-in-Computer Science from University of Singapore. He has over 30 years of extensive experience in teaching Computer Science. As a Principal Consultant of Infocomm at Hwa Chong Institution (College), he has been involved in both formulating and implementing strategy in Infocomm Technology. In addition, he was a coach and leader of the international competitions in International Olympiad in Informatics and Oracle Thinkquest as well as National Infocomm Competition by Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore and won the circuit champion of the National Infocomm Competitions for Hwa Chong Institution (College) for many years.
Dr. Samaneh S. (Ph.D.)
Dr. Samaneh Seraj is an educator with twenty years of experience in teaching and educational management in Asia and the Middle East. She obtained her Ph.D. and MSc with first-class honors in Teaching English as a Second Language from UPM Malaysia. She is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.
Dr. Samaneh has extensive expertise in counseling students and teachers with a solid ability to maintain an effective relationship with partner organizations.

Prof. Peter Hodson has more than 30 years of experience in the education industry and was an Inspector for the British Accreditation Council and Assistant Director of the QAA Reviews Group, UK.
Prof. Peter Hodson is currently engaged in a range of education projects, particularly in the Middle East. He has considerable experience of project management and governance of education, and has been Vice-Chair of Governors of a very large college in Wales.
Prof. Peter Hodson held the position of Dean of Faculty of Advanced Technology (all engineering and computing schools) at the University of South Wales (f.k.a University of Glamorgan), and was chair of its Quality Assurance Committee for many years. He has also served in the UK as an academic reviewer since 1994, initially with HEQC and then with the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA), where he has been involved in excess of 30 QAA audits and reviews, including overseas audits in Sri Lanka and Greece. Professor Hodson was chair of the British Computer Society’s Accreditation Committee for three years. For 5 years, Professor Hodson was an Assistant Director at QAA, within the Reviews Group. He was an inspector for British Accreditation Council (BAC) for five years and has undertaken many reviews for EEC-HES (NCAAA) in Saudi Arabia and UAE. He has also been a member of the Quality Committee for the Welsh Funding Council (HEFCW).
Over the past 20 years Prof. Peter Hodson has provided academic support and services for 32higher education institutions and agencies in the UK, Europe, SE Asia and the Middle East.
Mr. Eric Low Siak Meng, (BBM(L))
Mr. Eric Low Siak Meng, BBM(L), is the Executive Chairman of Aptitude Management Consulting Pte. Ltd. He served 10 years as a Board of Visitor to SAF Detention Barracks (1989 to 1999); Honorary Secretary of National Council of Social Service 1990 to 2001; Chairman of Community Chest Award Committee. Mr. Low joined the National Crime Prevention Council in 1998 and now serve as their Vice Chairman. Mr. Low holds the Chairman’s position for the Sub-committee on “Family, Children and Youth”, Annual Crime Prevention Festive Launch, and was the Chairman for the 2011 and 1996 – International Crime Prevention Conference. Mr. Low was an Appointed Board Member of the Casino Regulatory Authority (CRA) in 2011; Board Member and Audit Chairman of the People’s Association; Member of the Board of Governors to the Home Team NS Clubs; Board Member of the Home Team Volunteers Network Steering Committee.
For his dedication to community work, Mr. Low was awarded the following National Day Awards – Public Service Medal (PBM) in 1989 – Public Service Star (BBM) in 1997 and Public Service Star – Bar (BBM(L)) in 2008.

Dr. Willie Yeo Kim Choong
Dr. Willie is an expert in Business Development in particular organizational development, and international culture and has more than 30 years of working experience with MNC in Europe and Asia from local distributor to manufacturing and to R&D. He had effectively set up overseas agencies and regional distributorship plus international offices in China working as a General Manager International Business Consultant for more than 15 years.
He has completed a PhD with Zhejiang University and delivered lessons to International MBA students while he was with the University. Dr. Willie has a keen interest in Business Sustainability and Transformation, Second generation Leadership Development and Coaching. Dr. Willie is a certified Trainer and has been conducting coaching and training for more than 10 years He is currently with Beacon International College teaching MBA and Bachelor students.
Mr. Soh Kok Yuen
Mr. Francis Soh is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse academic and professional background. He holds a Master of Science Degree in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde (UK) and boasts various qualifications in marketing management, marketing communications, and training & development management. Mr. Soh’s extensive experience includes industry roles in retail merchandising, marketing communications, sales & marketing management, and training & development. He has received numerous awards and certificates recognizing his outstanding contributions in the fields of education and training, including a recent Best Lecturer Award in 2022/2023 by Beacon International College. Over the years, he has lectured in a wide range of marketing-related subjects and conducted training programs for various organizations in Singapore and internationally, showcasing his expertise in strategic leadership, international trade, tourism development, and more.
Mr. Andrea Moro
Mr Andrea is an expert in Sales and Marketing and Hotel Management and have more than 30 years’ experience in Europe, Australia and China working with international hotel chains. He can effectively build and manage diverse teams from small to large and he has a proven track record in improving financial performance by developing new and innovative business opportunities.
He has completed a Master of Management-Tourism Management at University of Technology Sydney and he has a keen interest in sustainable tourism practices, accessible tourism, volunteer tourism and eco-tourism. Mr. Mohan Balagopal
Mr. Mohan Balagopal is experienced in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Human Resource Management, and general management, due to career spanning more than 30 years of work experience in those diverse sectors.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Mech. Ms. Angelina Sin-Chua
Ms. Angelina Chua has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, internal auditing, financial accounting and accountancy education in both private and public sectors. She has taught in various tertiary institutions and won several awards in teaching and learning initiatives. She is an Associate Lecturer at the Singapore Institute of Management and Adjunct Lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic and other reputable educational institutions in Singapore.
Mr. Danny Loh
Mr. Danny is conferred with MSc in Strategic Marketing by De Montfort University in Leicester, UK. His teaching credentials are certified by National Accreditation Board in the USA, UK, Australia, Hong Kong (China) and Malaysia.
Mr. Danny worked in the key tourist destinations in the European and Southeast Asian countries and sharing his corporate experiences with major conglomerate chain hotels and large property and F&B companies through training ventures and lecturing in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong with various university partners from the USA, UK, and Australia.
He travels a lot in the Western European continents, Southeast Asia, and Japan where his travel experience gains in-depth understanding about various traditions and cultures from different countries. Mr. Danny is a PADI certified Rescue diver and still actively diving in Southeast Asian countries for more than 20 years.

Albert is a certified Senior Practising Management Consultant (SPMC) with the Singapore Business
Advisors and Consultants Council (SBACC).
Albert handles Corporate Business Consultation and has versatile experience with international firms in the
areas of Business Start-ups, Strategic Business Development, Marketing Management and Organisational
Skills including Project Management, in the Asia Pacific region.
He works with entrepreneurs and business leaders to solve difficult problems and improve management
performance in the areas of Corporate Branding. He provides consultation on strategic planning, innovation
and accelerated marketing techniques.
Albert has more than 35 years of experience in various business industries. Prior to joining QCOM, Albert
was the President with CREATIVE Group and Executive Director with The Chartered Institute of Logistics &
Transport Singapore.
A 15-year veteran in the MICE industry, Albert held several key regional management positions with MNCs
from Germany. He successfully managed multiple major regional projects for global corporate firms during
his employment with MERO Asia Pacific and Messe Düsseldorf Asia. As Regional Director with Expotechnik
Asia Pacific, he holds a 2nd appointment as the Operations Director with Expotechnik Consulting in
Shanghai, Greater China.
Albert is a qualified ACTA Trainer graduated from the Institute of Adult Learning (IAL) and he has been
invited back to IAL to give talks annually on Corporate and Personal Branding. He has also delivered talks to
students at the Republic Polytechnic on Lifeskills as well as Career talks.
Albert holds a Master’s Degree at the University College London, Institute of Education, UK. He has a
Professional Diploma in Asia-Pacific Marketing Management with NUS-MIS, and a member of the Marketing

Mr. Justin Soh
Mr. Justin Soh is an experienced educator with over 15 years of teaching and educational management background in Singapore and internationally. Starting his career in IT training and management, he transitioned into education, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing and certification as a Digital Entrepreneur and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA).

Narmatha has been an integral part of the academic community since 2013, specializing in the fields of tourism and events. With a rich background in academia and international experience, she has imparted her expertise in various countries including Malaysia, Cambodia, and the Maldives. Holding a Master of Science in Tourism with a focus on research, Narmatha’s thesis delved into the intricacies of customer preferences within the Malaysian aviation industry. Her research interests span consumer preference, ethnography, and social sustainability, reflecting her dedication to understanding the evolving dynamics of tourism and its impact on society. Additionally, Narmatha also worked with the Department of Skills Development of Malaysia, contribute to the development of national occupational skills standards (NOSS) for tourism and event-based modules, showcasing her commitment to shaping the future of the industry through education and industry collaboration.
Ms. Toh Jen Ying
Toh Jen Ying brings extensive experience and knowledge to Beacon International College, where she currently teaches diploma and bachelor students in Hospitality and Tourism, as well as Business Management. With over 8 years of teaching experience in Malaysia and Singapore, she has instructed courses ranging from diploma to bachelor’s degree levels. Her background in the hospitality and tourism industry enriches her teaching, providing students with practical insights and real-world applications of theoretical knowledge.
She holds a Master of Science (Tourism) from University Putra Malaysia, which complements her robust industry experience. Her academic and professional journey equips her with a unique perspective on the dynamic and multifaceted nature of the hospitality and tourism sectors, contributing significantly to both students and the institution.
