Feedback Management System

Feedback Management System

At BEACON, we value your feedback, whether it’s a compliment, complaint or suggestion, as it helps us improve and better support your learning journey.

We encourage students to share feedback related to:

  • Teaching and learning
  • Student services and welfare
  • The school environment

We are here to listen and take your concerns seriously.

Giving compliments can also foster a positive environment, leading to a domino effect of positivity and going a long way in validating the efforts of your teachers and staff. If you had a great experience during your studies or an interaction with our staff, we would love to know all about it!

How to Provide Feedback
  1. Informal Feedback Channels

You may share your feedback informally:

  • Using the Feedback form on the Student Portal
  • Going to the Student Services Counter
  • Discussing with your teacher, course coordinator or school counsellor
  • Calling us on Telephone: +65 6338 5595.
  1. Formal Feedback Channels

If you wish to submit a formal compliment, complaint or suggestion:

Converting Informal to Formal Feedback
  • PDPA-related feedback (involving personal data) will automatically be treated as formal feedback.
  • Other feedback shared informally may be converted to formal feedback with your permission.
How We Handle Formal Feedback

All formal feedback is logged into BEACON’s Feedback Management System, which ensures:

  • Acknowledgement within 3 working days
  • Resolution within 21 working days, where possible
  • Ongoing updates, where applicable, during the investigation process.

Our aim is always to conduct a fair, objective investigation and reach a mutually agreeable (‘win-win’) outcome. If necessary, we may refer you to the School Counsellor for additional support.

If You Are Not Satisfied with the Outcome

If you are not satisfied after going through BEACON’s internal feedback process, you may escalate your concerns through the following channels:

  1. Escalation to External Academic Partners
  • This is available only to students enrolled in external partner programmes.
  • Escalation can only happen after you have gone through BEACON’s internal (informal/formal) feedback process.
  • These concerns will be handled in line with the partner institution’s policies and procedures.
  1. Dispute Resolution via SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)
