Governance and Regulator Complaince
It outlines the declaration made by the Chief Executive Officer regarding compliance with the regulatory requirements applicable to Private Education Institutions in Singapore.
Beacon International College operates under the EduTrust framework administered by SkillsFuture Singapore, which recognises institutions that maintain high standards in academic quality, governance, and student protection.
The Fee Protection Scheme safeguards students’ prepaid course fees in the event that the institution is unable to continue operations due to insolvency or regulatory closure.
Student Administrative Policies
All students are required to sign a Student Contract with the College before the commencement of their studies and making payment of the course fee. The contract outlines the terms and conditions of enrolment, including course details, fee structures, and student obligations.
