Students are given the opportunity to participate as an assistant to the Executive Chef when demonstrating how the microwave can minimise cooking time to cook different dishes at the same time. 🧑🏻🍳🥐 Most importantly, students are able to evidence the quality of the cooking result as well as enjoying eating them.😋
